Why did TRUMP have the most black votes of any republican in decades in 2020?

I dunno. Maybe a lot of Black people feel betrayed after Obama did nothing for them. Trump turned out to be even worse but they didn't know that at the time.
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick How was he worse when he actually got black people jobs by lowering taxes and regulations which lead to companies hiring more?
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu By...increasing taxation on people making $75,000 a year or less, and outsourcing more jobs than any president in the entirety of American history, that's somehow helping Black people?
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick More black people got jobs during his presidency than under Obama, Bushes or Clinton
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu Even if that's true, Trump still revoked healthcare from nine and a half million people, raised taxes on anyone making less than 75K a year, and outsourced the most jobs of any president ever. That more than negates a few extra jobs.
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick He created more jobs than any modern president
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu Well, no, he didn't, so that's a lie. If that were true then we'd have had a net increase in American jobs and we did not. Because he outsourced them all. Obama held the record for the most jobs outsourced by any president ever in all of American history, with his final year in office reaching 87,000 jobs outsourced in 365, the most in a single year. Then Trump broke that record his first year in office with 93,000 jobs.

@BlueMetalChick https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2019/09/06/black-unemployment-hits-record-low-black-white-unemployment-gap-shrinks-to-smallest-ever/
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu Yes that's nice, a Breitbart article does not invalidate the US Department of Labor's continual analytics of this. U6 found the exact same thing.
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick 2020 doesnt count because of COVID pre COVID economy was doing great. And of course it has to be Brietbart because 99% of media HATES Trump and refused to report it.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu Doing great? 78% of the country was living paycheck-to-paycheck, almost ten million people had lost their health insurance, over 50% of full time employees made less than $30,000 a year, we had over a trillion dollars in student loan debt, the infrastructure was given a grade of D by the American Society of Civil Engineers, we were spending over three trillion dollars a year on our nine illegal overseas wars. And that was before coronavirus was a thing. That's a great economy to you?
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick Better than what was under Obama and was heading in a better direction.
Syntonic · 36-40, F
@ghostofapu That's actually not true. More jobs were created during the second Obama term than the following Trump term for both blacks and whites.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu Once again, incorrect. The number of full time workers with low enough wages to qualify for welfare was growing under Obama. And that number grew even more under Trump. Also, how the hell is nine million people losing health insurance "going in the right direction?"
He also deported the most people. At least more than bush. @BlueMetalChick
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@Spoiledbrat Thats a good thing we are overpopulated and need to stop illegal immigration
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick Unemployment was going down which means people can get new insurance from their new companies and no longer qualified for free tax payer funded health insurance
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Spoiledbrat Yes he did. That's why he got the nickname "Deporter in Chief."
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick Why is that a bad thing? Illegal immigrants steal our jobs and resources.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu If it's funded by taxpayers then it's not free. Just like the roads you drive on or the police you call if you have an emergency. Also, if you revoke someone's health insurance and they can no longer get the care they need to be healthy, how the fuck are they supposed to retrain to get a different job to regain their health insurance? You expect people to go through the process of quitting their job, finding a new one, and retraining, with no income and no access to medicine or treatment that they need to stay alive?
ghostofapu · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick These people who lost health insurance were unemployed and got work and as a result lost access to government provided healthcare and got health insurance through new employer
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu Over the past ten years, immigrants have brought in a net value of 80 billion dollars more than they've cost. So, no, they don't steal our resources.

As for specifically illegal immigration, I can speak from experience when I tell you that a whole lot of illegal immigrants WANT to emigrate to the USA legally, through the proper channels, but it is ridiculously hard and takes years upon years. I tried to apply for citizenship from my home country at the US embassy. I couldn't do that because you fucking blew up the embassy by dropping bombs on it. And then you blew up everything else too. So I had to come here in person, as an illegal, apply for citizenship, and then wait six years before I heard a response.

Oh, but y'all did sell me a gun. I was a fifteen year old illegal and I was allowed to buy a gun for cash money.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@ghostofapu No, those were people who were employed but didn't receive health insurance through their jobs because they were in the work force. Trump revoked coverage from nine and a half million of those people by striking down provisions of the Affordable Care Act. And they did not receive health insurance through an employer. Because those numbers have only gotten worse. Since Trump took office, twenty three million people have lost their health insurance. Granted, a lot of that is due to COVID, but Trump was responsible for about twelve of those millions.

@BlueMetalChick Why are you so obsessed with attacking Trump?

@ghostofapu For the same reasons I attack Obama, Biden, Bush, and Clinton. Because he's done an enormous amount of damage to this country and caused massive suffering to its citizens, and to people abroad.
