@VESTIGE i will appreciate California for what they are and do. They help others like the southern states who can't get by without them. So ask the southern governor's to raise the minimum wage in their states so it will take the load off of the good state of California and there people

The rolling black outs were caused by the power companies in Texas who were supposed to provide the power for California. But after this winter we really seen what a failure they are to run the states power system and almost everything else in Texas including their water supply.
