People who think that COVID is just like the flu.....why have we kicked the shit out of the flu this year but COVID keeps on increasing?

They aren't talking about the flu, because our covid measures absolutely kicked the shit out of the flu. This isn't surprising, because flu spreads the same way as the coronavirus, just less effectively.

@QuixoticSoul I think more people opted for flu vaccinations this season too. I read, sometime last year, that even with the poor adherence to safety measures with covid, the number of people that were following those measures, would serve to reduce flu by a significant amount.
