when does the corona virus death toll become bidens fault?

NOT CRITICIZIN' OR NOTHIN' I know its quite a mess to clean up right now and he just moved in and all. Just wanna know how much time we should give him before we start expecting results.

Hmmm maybe even less considering a proper quarantine/lockdown can drop the numbers very easily within 2 months.

@HannibalAteMeOut in terms of direct control? All i know is the executive order mask mandate. there seems to be peripheral aid coming in the form of welfare, stimulus checks, etc
