@Human1000 Well I'm no expert on this shit, especially considering that I'm an asexual so take what I say with a grain of salt. But my hypothesis is it's largely because she's young and female, of course, and also somewhat because she's a veteran, and those types love to fetishize the "not like other girls" trope. Not that I think Gabbard is a Not Like Other Girls™ girl, but military service is one of the things included in that category for people who like it, along with stuff like working with your hands or interest in true crime. And perhaps, incel types are even drawn to her because of her questionable statements on LGBT people. Her voting record is as strongly pro-LGBT as it gets, which is encouraging, but she's said some pretty undesirable things about gays and such in her past. And you know how much incels are obsessed with being super-heterosexual alpha male dominants or whatever the fuck.
