A week from now this will all be over.

Looking at the history of America and overlaying it with the History of Trump, I dont see a real issue. The things that made America what it is, great or not, are not now and have never been anything to do with what made Trump what he is, no matter what you might think that is. There will always be the greedy and always be the ignorant. There will always be the fanatics. But the sheer weight of the American people will not be turned by such people..
Now America does have real problems and I am not saying it will triumph. I do think its best days are past.. But 20 years from now Trump will be a footnote and a bad memory, compared to the real issues.😷

This will not be a footnote. January 6th is the day that democracy was called into question by a mob of under educated and radicalized Americans, while the president stood idly by and called them "special".

@G00GLE I accept that.. There were also Anti communism witch hunts, Race wars in Tulsa, Oklamoha, Students killed by national Guardsmen in Ohio and the Rosa Parkes bus. Watergate, etc etc etc.. They all happened, and the moving finger noted it and moved on. The current of America just moved around it. And it will again..😷

@G00GLE Absolutely right. And the lesson was that if the fanatics and things push, the community MUST push back and hard. And thats what we are now seeing. People are speaking out and the legal system is kicking into gear.😷
