Flynn Is Back, This Time With Sidney Powell
It was total chaos in the Oval Office yesterday, as Trump and his advisors, this time augmented by Michael Flynn, the recently pardoned criminal, and Sidney Powell, an attorney, who even Giualiani distanced himself from.
Flynn was demanding Trump declare Martial Law, and appointing Sidney Powell as Special Council.
Looks like the more level headed people won the day, and even wrote what happened down, because they are under a legal advisory from Dominion Systems, to preserve evidence, as Dominion is filing a defamation lawsuit.
Various parties were shouting at each other, demanding action, to either preserve their jobs, or protect themselves from going to jail after Biden takes the Oval Office.
This is not over yet. We've had martial law declared about a dozen times throughout our history, and always at a city/county level, in a particular state, for a vert short of time.
This would be at a national level. The President is allowed to do that. The fact that Flynn and Powell made it into the Oval Office, can only mean that they were there at Trump's request and he is entertaining the possibility of martial law.
Such an order would not meet the criteria established in 2007 by Congress, and would be an illegal order.
