Not surprising and unfortunately the only people likely to blame are the US government themselves. A GAO audit a couple of years ago showed how at multiple levels of government the US had worse cyber security then your average home office. Things from computers to Patriot missile systems still set to factory default passwords and shit like that. The only surprising part is it took this long to get caught with their pants down.

So what is the President supposed to say about an ongoing investigation?
