@Pikachu if a guy fails to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, then i think he should have to pay child support. the point is to not punish the offspring.

@SW-User I am afraid condoms are well known for failing... Abstinence works but in a committed relationship then it's not that realistic to abstain.
