If he doesn't believe it - truly deep down - then he is even worse than anyone makes out because he is wasting millions of taxpayers dollars. Furthemore, he is involved in a conspiracy to deceive his supporters into trashing the previously fully trusted US electoral system at the heart of the US political system.
If he does believe it despite all the futile court non-action a) why has the word 'fraud' never been uttered in court and b) the US is currently being run by the least intelligent person EVER! FACT. (But that's not news, I know)
