Do you think Trump really believes that the election was stolen (lol additional 132 million Biden votes) or is he just stalling for time?

You know, so he can get organized to flee the country to so that he doesn't get arrested as he exists the doors of the whitehouse?

I can believe that his ego is not letting him come to terms with the idea that he lost... even when he has failed or lost in other areas of life he has managed to avoid any serious consequences so this is new to him.... however he is definitely trying to prolong this as long as possible. For several reasons, a delayed process helps him out, politically, financially (the longer his campaign runs, the longer he can raise money for campaign debts) and as just a way to present the loss in such a way that he doesn't seem like the loser.

He is indeed a textbook narcissist so i can buy that he truly believes he could not be a loser.
But the sad thing is that it's working on his followers. A poll ( i don't know of how many people) shows that 52% if republicans think that Trump rightfully won the election.

@Pikachu Assuming Trump doesn't incite his supporters into a revolution, that will change over time. As his influence and voice fade reason will gradually take over from emotion for those Republican supporters who aren't completely caught up in his cult of personality. Assuming of course that he really doesn't have any evidence of fraud. (Which he pretty much can't have or they would have presented it by now I would have assumed)

There probably will always be a core of people who believe that the election wasn't fair forever though! That kind of thing happens in politics the world over!

Yeah i think you're probably right there. After Trump loses the spotlight his support will diminish until it's only the core of radical supporters who won;t be taken seriously.

But hopefully that currently larger base won't do anything stupid before that.
