@MasterLee The election was held on the appropriate day. Yes people were encouraged to vote by mail via absentee ballots. That’s not illegal. It’s been going on for quite some time. Trump and his family voted by mail several times. So what’s the problem? Audits have been done on the states that are in question. The state of Texas or any other state has no standing in filing a suit against another state and how they conducted an election.

@SW-User The legal standing is that there is an agreement between the states to hold their elections according to constitutional law that they ignored, the result was that those states benefited and will benefit by those violations, and that it undermines the equanimity and trust between the states.

There's legal standing and it's a proven fact that when states ignore the union rules a civil war is the predictable result.

They will hear the case and they will find for Texas or they will be the cause of whatever happens after.
