Are we allowed to post Private Messages on this feed?

I just saw a post a moment ago specifically mentioning a user and posting a Private Message. Is that against Terms of Service?

I think a degree of common sense's required here. If someone posts an insult, it doesn't matter. But if someone posts personal details, that's bad.

@FCNantes It’s still against the TOS and it matters if enough people report it. Posters have actually been suspended for doing it.
