Do you see the difference ?

Night and day, and we’re emerging into dawn

Sure. One loves America and wants us to thrive. One brags and brags and brags, thinking only of money, pussy, and ratings.

As if I should really make it clear. Yet some failed at reading comprehension.

One is referring to "we" in a positive world sense and the other makes it sound like it was his own personal doing.

Narcissistic verses humanity.
Yes. The first is more canned, disingenuous political-speak from a career politician.

The second is someone truly proud of their accomplishment

@PrivateHell You do realize that these launches are a culmination of an Obama-era contract, right?
@QuixoticSoul yeah, sure. 🙄

@PrivateHell
Development of the Commercial Crew Program began in 2011 through a rescope of the Commercial Crew Development (CCDev) program, a Recovery Act initiative originally aimed at funding development of various human spaceflight technologies in the private sector.
Thanks, Obama.

Sigh. Yeah. Finally the nightmare can be over (even though I fear that is far too much to hope for)
He somehow made it all about him but Trump is not entirely wrong. Space X came into the market because NASA has been starved of attention and funds for decades. It has been so starved of funds they can't even launch anything without Russian Soyuz rockets anymore.
@QuixoticSoul This sounds like a blatant funneling of public funds into the private sector like Space X. Not sure what that is supposed to prove.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Well for one, it means that NASA was not closed down or starved of funds. And betting that the private sector is mature enough to start pitching in paid off.
