Counting U.S. votes in Spain? Related to Questionable computer software?

Why the F are our votes (US votes) being counted in Spain? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think we (Americans) count any European votes or any other nations' votes. And It appears "Dominion Software" is a rather questionable entity for counting US votes, as well. and the attached link is interesting if not pointing out possible nefarious activities by these two and the Democratic party. https://www.sgtreport.com/2020/11/nancy-pelosi-dianne-feinstein-both-financially-tied-to-dominion-voting-systems/

No but your 'constitution' allows for Americans living and working abroad to also vote.

Although quite why those votes would be in Spain and not posted home to be counted is something of a question
@Picklebobble2 I was oversees too...absentee ballots, as per the Constitution. I wasn't saying Americans oversees couldn't vote. I voted absentee while overseas, but those votes were not counted by the respective nation(s) I was in.

@soar2newhighs Which is why i said why would you count them there and not post them home ensuring they could be counted there.
@Picklebobble2 I'd have to say, strictly IMO, there's NO transparency if this is/has been on going.

@soar2newhighs In my experience of seeing this type of thing again and again, i'm not sure there's SUPPOSED to be any !
