The lawsuits aren't about trump knowing he's lost. Trumps goal in filing suit after suit is to tie up states with recounts hoping at least one won't be done counting by Nov 26th. On Nov 26th the Constitution says every elector from every state that makes up the Electoral College must cast their votes verbally in front of the Senate.

Trump believes if he can stall that from happening by filing frivolous lawsuits then congress can't call Biden the official winner. But he's wrong. On Jan 20th trump will walk out or be taken out in cuffs.

Yet I have a feeling the usual suspects will be calling for a recount and whining fraud in November 2024

And that makes sense. Everyone was paranoid this time, because of Trump’s claiming some mass conspiracy about mail-in ballots, and with the Postmaster General being a rabid Trump supporter, everyone had to be careful.
This was probably the most closely monitored election in modern times.

I guess Trump will be firing that person soon. Trump just can't believe that he lost this election BIG TIME. So now he's hiding out in the White House pouting like the big baby he is.
