They think they are being cool... until the ones who are forced to say goodbye to loved ones via FaceTime because of their contamination. It's like the middle school kids who smoke... until they wake up one day in the future with tubes shoved down their throat helping them to breathe. Then... and only then... they no longer feel cool.

The thing is, at that point... and only then... they acknowledge it wasn't worth it.
