Hmmmm, a passive aggressive line of questioning lol
No-one that I've spoken to "blames Trump for Covid in the USA"? His response has been haphazard, pushing responsibility out to the States at every opportunity and then attacking them if they don't do what he wants/expects and refusing to listen to his scientific advisors, which probably means that far more Americans have been infected and died than needed to, but blaming him for Covid would be ridiculous ...he may be bat-shit crazy but he's not a bat!
In terms of our own second wave, I'm afraid Boris and his cronies would have to hold up their hands to some very similar shortcomings in terms of lack of preparedness and planning (only with a few more effective checks and balances in place).
