Question for the UK
It's been determined by several of you SW, UK Scholars that Trump is to blame for Covid in the USA. I'm curious as to who is to blame for the second wave now hitting you???

People. It spreads through people. No people: no COVID. Or colds, 'flu, car crashes...
However, people exist and we love life and community. Medical advice that keeping away from each other and wearing masks helps reduce the risk is good and politicians play their part in emphasising or ignoring the advice. In the end, individuals make their personal choice and grown ups accept the consequences.
Incompetence is not confined to one political persuasion or individual, but in a democracy, there are fewer excuses for ending up with the foolish and ill equipped with responsibility for managing national resources.
