It's been determined by several of you SW, UK Scholars that Trump is to blame for Covid in the USA. I'm curious as to who is to blame for the second wave now hitting you???

I am not a UK scholar and I certainly do not blame Trump for Covid.
I am in a second wave zone and here the blame is being put mainly on people wanting holidays and mostly all the vacationers returning from North Africa.
France did not shut its doors quickly either as it was deemed "racist".
