Is personal behavior and integrity important in selecting a POTUS? Why or Why Not?

since wilson sold the white house to hide a torrid affair with a new york school teacher integrity among politicians is just a stump speech phrase. personal behavior is whatever people believe from those yelling loudest. for example most americans believe trump to be a racist and none can find a single example of a racist thing he has said or done. it is on the other hand very easy to locate video and printed evidence of trump for example being called the greatest friend minorities have by jessie jackson or the fact that the civil rights act requires hiring of 10% companies for contract building and trump has always had between 24 and 35% minority owned contractors work for him. joe biden has said if you have to think about who to vote for you aint black but is not called a racist. proving that he voted against segregation repeatedly is very easy but again passed over. so the picture of personal behavior is painted mostly by those speaking the loudest
