Is personal behavior and integrity important in selecting a POTUS? Why or Why Not?

Like my last question, looking for an honest answer and not a debate or argument.

Integrity ... yes. Personal behavior is debatable, as seen from the past.

@independentone It does, in fact. But note that integrity doesn't change from person to person...personal behavior otoh is highly influenced by various RL factors and depends upon circumstances and intent.
