Explain to a european why in the usa some people have to wait 11 hours to vote with the election being 2 weeks away ?

do you need international help to organize your vote ? when i vote here i can do so 3 month early and i you have to wait 10 minutes maybe

By and large. voting in the US is a painless procedure. But we mess with the process as much as possible trying to gerrymander, suppress voting, give one side or the other an edge, reinvent the process, you name it. You're probably seeing the worst instances - most of us cast a ballot in person or in the mail and it's all finished.
