The Russians are too poor right now to be a real threat to anyone but their immediate neighbors, militarily. Their hackers are a real threat...to everyone.
China is the greatest threat...to the entire world, and not just to the United States. They are a totalitarian expansionist state. They have infiltrated the United States, (California's Department of State Pension fund was invested in the Chinese Military by a Chinese National inside California), and our teachers all sound like Pol Pot. They are in process of invading India, already HAVE taken over Tibet, and are threatening Taiwan...not to mention reneging on their deal with Hong Kong.
China will NEVER lower their carbon footprint, or reduce their manufacturing, clean up their smokestacks, stop using slave Uighur labor, or make any effort to cooperate with the Paris Climate Accord...unlike Lyin Hiden Biden, who wants to pander to the Euro bullies and who fears, deeply, that his son might have to pay back all those bribes from China...or that China will call in that debt in a very personal way.
No one can say that Antifa is a threat on that level. They are Obama's street fighters, allied with BLM. After the election, if Trump wins, they will all be charged.
@AbbeyRhode Thank you. I can't understand how, or why, so many people just want to allow it to happen. Cheap Chinese goods will soon be made by American slave labor inside the United States, if they have their way.
@chrisCA It means I heard a discussion wherein Obama, and Michelle Obama, said that if the election didn't go their way in 2020 they were going to take it to the streets. They have already started, after 2016, (practicing their tantrums, most likely), burning and smashing things in Berkeley.
@4meAndyou Actually, Proud Boys members were being investigated for extorting politicians right before the FBI director was dismissed. Guess who wrote the bill that made Antifa a "terrorist" group? The leader of Proud Boys.
@4meAndyou This is the page that talks about Tarrio writing the petition to make Antifa a terror group. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8794301/Leader-Proud-Boys-state-director-Latinos-Trump-close-ties-GOP.html
FBI clarifies that they are not investigating entire Proud Boys just extremist individuals within the group
“When it comes to domestic terrorism, our investigations focus solely on criminal activity of individuals – regardless of group membership – which appears to be intended to intimidate or coerce the civilian population or influence the policy of the government by intimidation or coercion. The FBI does not and will not police ideology.
It is an older article but demonstrates that the FBI has been investigating members of the group because of their criminal actions. Most law enforcement agencies will fire any officers or agents found to be a part of this group because of their criminal associations.
As you can see, the most politically connected member of the group is the current leader who has significant influence over US presidential policy.
When Director Wray testified that Antifa was not a group but an ideology and that greater danger came from white supremacists, Trump Freaked out and implied that he is now looking to replace the director because of this. https://komonews.com/news/nation-world/theyre-bad-president-trump-fires-back-against-antifa-security-threats-facing-country
Trump also doesn't want the FBI testifying about Russian interference in the election. https://www.forbes.com/sites/jemimamcevoy/2020/09/18/trump-angry-over-fbi-directors-warning-of-russian-election-meddling-suggests-he-may-fire-him/#652f7c06c95d
But usually, when I provide links to Trump supporters they immediately reply that it is "fake news" without bothering to read it. So, you have a good night now.
@CleverFunnyNameGoesHere Thank you for the sourcing. I appreciate the work and the effort. Wray has been a problem for some time...the AG has suggested that he is extremely shocked that under Wray's aegis, documents are still being slow walked for the Durham investigation, but I would suggest that any so-called link between the President and white supremacists during an election year is fabricated.
@CleverFunnyNameGoesHere Oh, you are talking about David Duke. That part is true. Duke did support Trump. But I doubt he would have supported the radical left, TBH.
But the so called "direct quotes" I have heard and seen on left wing media omit the entirety of what Trump said, and omit his early disavowal and condemnation of white supremacists. It's done deliberately. The media have been cherry picking bits of sentences for a long time.
