Are those numbers population adjusted? I guarantee you they are not.

@InterstellarTerror if we want to go that route we can pull this up I’ll post a link since the screenshot will be hard to read https://www.ojjdp.gov/ojstatbb/crime/ucr.asp?table_in=2
@SW-User So. The police shooting deaths, not population adjusted then. Because what you posted above is not relevant.

@InterstellarTerror please for the love of Christ explain how these numbers aren’t relevant because I can only agree with you if it’s not relevant towards the propaganda that’s being forced fed to the ignorant right now. No shit there’s more whites than blacks but as I posted earlier blacks statistical have more run ins with the cops. I know it’s impossible to keep up with lies when presented with facts but that doesn’t mean you can use a cop out and say my info isn’t relevant
@SW-User Few things. 1) I am a statistician. 2) More run ins with the police are better explained by overpolicing than they are raw numbers like this, those numbers in the raw lead to false conclusions (which you are parading as facts) 3) Police shooting deaths adjusted for population show that police shoot more black people than white people while responding to different levels of threats. 4) Over policing of areas with more black people lead to more arrests, like you show there but notably, fewer convictions. Cops are arresting black people for higher charges and then the courts release them.
Put succinctly, there is a racial disparity in policing, the system needs reform and whether you know it or not the facts you are putting out actually support this conclusion.
@SW-User we are preaching to the choir... political nutters are the same as perverts...they are single minded and suffer from tunnel vision...their narrow minded view is the only thing that make them feel important in life. Pffft
@SW-User even if you throw these assholes with data...they gonna ask where you data at? Tell them to pull their heads out of their arses maybe they will see it then.

@DianaGyana notice how @InterstellarTerror is blaming over policing and making it about racism but this so called statistician isn’t going to mention the disproportionate amount of crime committed in those communities
@SW-User You are confusing crimes committed with crimes reported. If you over police a white neighborhood, you are going to find more crime. They actually scale for this in crime stats. But cling to raw numbers with no context.

@InterstellarTerror honey I’m the south they do that to the methhesds cops profile poverty stricken community it’s not a race issue. If you’re rebuttals didn’t stay on that topic don’t respond anymore
