1. From Thursday Pubs to have 'Table service' only
2. Pubs to close at 10 PM
3. Take-Aways to close at 10 PM
4. Retail staff. Hospitality workers and taxi customers required to wear masks immediately.
5. If you are caught without a mask fine of £200 for first offence.
6. More Police Officers on the streets enforcing proper procedures to be backed by the military where necessary.

And he warned that we should expect this to last at least 6 months 🙁. This is on top of old people being cut off and dying away from everything and everyone they love, schools and universities trying to operate in bubbles, small children stopped from acting on their natural instincts to hug and touch. Apart from economics (which I don't minimise) I wonder if anyone is actually carrying out an inventory of long-term harms to help balance the needs of the moment to those of the future.

@Frank52 Very valid point ! I have six Grandchildren all between Nursery and year 2.
They've gone from full school to half-day school to school three days a week to no school !
And they've missed their school mates and all the social interactions more than we realize.
