Nancy Pelosi says she will consider impeaching President Trump, (again), if he tries to nominate a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

And yet 29 Presidents in American history have nominated a replacement for a Supreme Court Judge, including Barack Obama, while in an election year.

I can't help but wonder what legal grounds she would use for impeachment...?

I am sure there is a large choice of crimes he has committed to charge him with. He was impeached last time. Too bad the Senators violated their oath to give him a fair trial. That does not take away from the validity of the impeachment.
By the way. Pelosi is getting more done than McConnell is
