Nancy Pelosi says she will consider impeaching President Trump, (again), if he tries to nominate a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

And yet 29 Presidents in American history have nominated a replacement for a Supreme Court Judge, including Barack Obama, while in an election year.

I can't help but wonder what legal grounds she would use for impeachment...?

I didn’t even know you could impeach twice but i’m not versed in US politics

@DoubleRings Yes, they can impeach as many times as they want...but they can't remove him from office if the grounds are not considered valid in the Senate.
