Why is calling someone a rascist and dismissing them so much more fun than having a intelligent conversation ?

@AbbeyRhode The playbook that's doing the most damage right now is creating a stereotype out of people's political views (liberal, right wing) assigning all the most extreme behaviours of the few to [u]all[/u] of them, and believing it's true. Social media and some traditional media feed this (including trolls from Russia, China), even though it's patently untrue. As long as people keep doing that, dialogue and democracy are dead.
