The only time anyone seems to have an issue with it is when they don't like what they are hearing so it has more to do with people wanting to have their view parroted back to them.
It’s not professional for businesses to take sides. I don’t talk about politics at work either. Besides I’m there to do a job. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@Spoiledbrat You have got to be joking. Find a business that doesn't. The courts in the US ruled your employer can legally force you to campaign for someone or attend a rally. Look it up.

But I guess it is okay for the ruling class but if you are just a wage slave your rights end at the door.
I’m not. Most businesses don’t take a public stance. There’s a reason for that and it’s smart. Not everything is about politics. Sometimes we just want to get coffee. (Thinking of Starbucks, how they didn’t want or was reluctant to promote blm). @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@Spoiledbrat That is simply factually incorrect and wishful thinking. Companies that don't take a political stand are an anomaly. In current times not getting political (at least superficially) is bad for business. And sorry but yes everything is about politics. And expecting people to just abandon their politics in the place when they spend the vast majority of their lives is just unreasonable.
Not abandon them judt not push away customers. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
