Why is President Donald Trump deliberately screwing up the Postal Service?

@luv2fish Trump is not trying to “improve” anything. He’s afraid that if more people use mail-in ballots (which would make sense during a pandemic), it might be to his disadvantage in the election. Whether or not that’s [b]true[/b] is irrelevant, since he has expressed that concern. So he’s actually interfering with the ballot.

@LvChris he said himself that he is withholding the funds so mail in voting will be hampered. He said it. All the other reasoning that may or may not be valid is moot.

@sunsporter1649 how many people got covid, at the beginning of this, in Minnesota, at the polls.
And the election for polls is in November.
Personally, I will vote in person. My place is sparcely populated and keeping my distance wont be difficult. No lines. But, i will have my hand sanitizer, a double mask and will not speak to anyone before or after i get my ballot.
Not everyone is so fortunate.

@Carla And yet for a century folks have been going to polling places in the middle of flu season and the goddamndemocrats never bitched. Wonder why now the concern about public health? If out-to-lunch joe has the election wrapped up, as the goddamndemocrats have been bleating for three years, why are they so worried?

And with the flu, people have the option to use vaccines.
Btw...167,000 people in this country have died in the past seven months. That is with precautionary methods(that real patriots use) in effect.
When was the last flu epidemic that contagious and deadly?

Btw...I regularly got flu until 1999 when I got a flu that right near killed me. At that time, I started flu vaccines. I have been exposed many, many times. I havent had flu since that last bout in 1999.
