If his orders survive the legal battle over it, the US government could sanction any US company eg Google, Microsoft that makes the app available on US smartphones.

The games division is not affected, but not explicitly. Given the size of Fortnite, it'll only be a matter of time, pretty much all the major companies in China are ending up on the banned entities list one after another. They'll just say the games are siphoning money out of the US into China and need to be locked out.
