Trump supporters: Why do you think Trump insists on referring to COVID as "China" or "Wuhan" virus? What is the benefit which outweighs the harm?
Most of the world is calling it COVID. Why is it important to Trump to call it China virus? When you're referring to it in mixed company do you call it COVID or China virus?

Yeah it’s like when you sit down to have dinner in a Chinese restaurant, what kind of food are you eating? Far East Asian food? Or what it says on the sign outside facing the road: CHINESE Food? Only people who support the CCP and other Communist endeavors are concerned with Trump reminding the world of where Covid-19 came from. This post is obviously one of them. @graphite
And do you care about the chinese citizens living in america, amercian citizens of chinese descent or even just people who look asian? Because they're being targeted, attacked, bullied and suffering economic backlash. Because THAT IT WHAT HAPPENS when you name a disease after a people. The ignorant and the angry target those people.
So the question is, do you care about human being or do you care about some pointless sanctimonious, self-righteous jab at China? What's your priority.
Allow me to easily deconstruct your feeble comparison:
Are chinese people attacked as a result of calling it chinese food? Are chinese people bullied as a result of calling it chinese food? Are chinese people losing business as a result of calling it chinese food?
No? So did you completely fail to grasp the point or are you being deliberately obtuse?
Let me spell it out for you again, dullard: Naming disease in this way HURTS PEOPLE. Not the Chinese government, people. And that includes americans.
So do you care about human well-being or do you not? Answer me.
Well I see plenty of attacks on Conservatives in social media; whole groups of people being banned, called all sorts of names, wild accusations, not to mention PHYSICAL ATTACKS that I could take up whole pages listing here. And when it’s mentioned I have yet to see any liberal, leftist or whatever you want to call yourselves demonizing anyone for those attacks. If anything your crowd seems perfectly OK with it. Any reply on that? Anything? @Pikachu
lol yes, dullard. My reply is that i do not condone that behaviour. We both agree that it's wrong. And since you agree that it is wrong you should be in favour of taking steps to reduce that kind of behaviour. Now let's get back on course from you feeble attempt to deflect the issue:
Naming disease in this way HURTS PEOPLE. Not the Chinese government, people. And that includes americans.
So do you care about human well-being or do you not? Answer me.
lol are you stupid, kid? I directly answered your simple-minded distraction question. You can't defend your position so you tried to point the finger elsewhere. Not interested in your little boy games.
That was strike two.
Naming disease in this way HURTS PEOPLE. Not the Chinese government, people. And that includes americans.
So do you care about human well-being or do you not? Answer me, coward.
Aww look at that, another deflection. Imagine my surprise. Yeah, back down, coward.😂 We all knew you would.
I've presented the argument and asked you a simple question and you have shown yourself unequal to my challenge.
Your impotent chest pounding does not disguise your inability to defend your position nor does it dsitract from your repeated refusal to even admit that you care about the well being of other human beings.
lol i'ma let our audience be the judge of who lost this argument. Let's see if they're more persuaded by me explaining the harm that comes from this naming convention or by you talking about chinese food😏
here am I to vote. As @Pikachu answered the question posed by@DukeOfEarle, and @DukeOfEarle refused or was unable to answer the question posed by @Pikachu... @Pikachu wins by default.
