Trump supporters: Why do you think Trump insists on referring to COVID as "China" or "Wuhan" virus? What is the benefit which outweighs the harm?

Most of the world is calling it COVID. Why is it important to Trump to call it China virus?
When you're referring to it in mixed company do you call it COVID or China virus?

He seems to have bad cognitive inflexibility. Like once he gets something in his head he just keeps believing/saying despite all contrary evidence. I saw that clearly in one on his interviews a couple of weeks ago when he was claiming the virus was just going to disappear. Even after months of it not doing what he claimed he still insists its true.

@Pikachu Dementia hits the brain in such varried ways. I do know it is a sign of age though. Which is why you have to keep using your brain.

@canusernamebemyusername Even his supporters are noticing this. In a poll I keep quoting, 47% of FOX viewers thought that Biden had the mental soundness to be president (39% did not) compared to just 43% for Trump (51% did not). And this is FOX! Probably one of the reasons Trump can't be bothered with them anymore 😂
