Trump supporters: Why do you think Trump insists on referring to COVID as "China" or "Wuhan" virus? What is the benefit which outweighs the harm?

Most of the world is calling it COVID. Why is it important to Trump to call it China virus?
When you're referring to it in mixed company do you call it COVID or China virus?

I do think it' part of a narrative but i think the narrative is "China is enemy" so if Trump takes a hard line against China then he hopes his xenophobic supporters will like that.
Seems to be working, too.
