It all depends on if they have more cases because they are testing more or because they are having a bigger outbreak. The thing to go by is hospital admissions and deaths if they are trending up or not.

Virginia posted today that in the last 2 weeks, they have now have more hospital confirmed cases----in just the last 2 weeks---than what they had total since January. N. Carolina reported 2000 new cases...TODAY.
