-The immigrants and citizens of these countries were rated on GDP, social support, health, life expectancy, freedom to do what you want and life choices, generosity, perception of corruption, crime, etc! Here is my hometown

Who's to say they are?

@curiosi The surveys every year for the last 10 years the people and immigrants in these countries don’t have any problems!

@curiosi I'm definitely happy living in Canada. I cannot imagine living in the US

@Nayla
I have noticed a considerable racist attitude living here it is so sad the discrimination in the USA but there are many sweet people too! But their attitude is more you’re on your own, very little social support! The homelessness is terrible and hopefully something good will come about all the riots! I am praying!

@Carazaa There is also the Human Development Index, which systematically looks at key indicators for quality of life for the entire country. (This is a much better indicator than GDP, because when the mega-wealthy corporations and individuals don't pay much tax it makes it look like the country is doing well, but it's just an average. Many people might be in extreme poverty.)

USA is at #15. Most of the countries above them are social democracies, which has NOTHING to do with socialism, and a lot to do with more equal opportunities and support where needed.

@Abstraction yes I agree!
