Why do black people support the Planned Parenthood party ?

I figure that is because even IF Margaret Sanger ever wrote that, most people know that is not even remotely the "mission" of Planned Parenthood. She was indeed somewhat a supporter, of that ugly part of this country's history. That eugenics movement, that many people of all political leanings and religious beliefs jumped on the bandwagon for. It was never about exterminating the "black population".

Because there is more to planned parenthood than abortion, such as: STD testing and treatment, birth control, well-woman exams, cancer screening and prevention, hormone therapy, infertility services, and general health care. It’s why people who think planned parenthood should be defunded/banned are a bunch of ignorant fools.
