@Qwerty14 I found out last night that the CEO of W.H.O. is an Ethiopian. He is not a medical doctor, but has a doctorate in biophysics. His country, Ethiopia, is in control of the Chinese. The Chinese in his country gradually promoted him and promoted him until they could place him in this position.

In Ethiopia, he discouraged doctors from reporting cholera during an outbreak there.
