Trump pretty much caused all of those except Covid-19 and he's largely going to get blamed for that too, even though (and in part because) he never accepts responsibility.
But, lets face it. Those "accomplishments" are probably not why people will vote for him.

@MistyCee There was collusion and there was obstruction. Barr's spin doesn't alter the substance of the report ..... which may soon be revealed in its entirety.
@RodionRomanovitch We'll see, but my take on it was that Mueller said insufficient proof of "collusion" and was content to let the explanation for that as being obstruction and pass the buck on to Congress. Barr then muddled things up badly enough to give Congress cover for not following up.
