those famous NGOs really do not seem to appear. Some smaller, not famous ones here help give away materials for elderly and disabled to get by in this disease though.

@Cierzo I dislike those big ones advertising commercials with emotions-arousing scenes and scripts. They could as well tell the facts objectively to seek help, not making people feel that they are exaggerating. I guess that s what you mean, they are selling ideology, not telling what they actually do transparently. Moreover, what they do is to help at the frontline, but these problems will continue to exist and new cases of the same types will happen, without changing the systems and practices of that place fundamentally.
