How does President Trump’s ideology on healthcare differ from President Obama’s?

He doesn’t have a good bed side manor but he never said “you can keep your own doctor” ....they and the whole government and especially our state governments which have more effect on you personally are all equally ineffective. It’s just easier and cooler to make fun of Trump.
