An army of the people who use SF streets as toilets need to pay visits to 1. Nancy Pelosi, 2. The Mayor of SF, and the city politicians who let the behavior of these people pass (no pun intended) and start defecating on those persons' residences. I'll bet there'd be a swift response to that if it were ever happen.
