@Carissimi Clearly that's untrue. A sitting President with questions that needed answering with regard to colluding with another foreign power to deliberately besmirch a potential rival for his office is evidence that it doesn't work.

@Carissimi They spent two MONTHS arguing over HOW the President could give evidence. If that's not being deliberately 'obstructive' clearly new rules/laws need to be enacted to ensure it isn't an issue in the future.
