@Carla It is difficult to start a criminal investigation with no evidence. Trump wouldn’t have had to go lean on Zelensky if Barr could simply open a criminal investigation and ask his Ukrainian counterpart for cooperation as described by our treaty governing such things. But even his pet AG can’t manufacture something like this out of thin air.
