Why cant the press , paparazzi etc leave the royals alone .

I understand where the sussexes are coming from and feel quite sorry for them .Just because their royalty it should not be legal for them to be hounded by the press ,paparazzi etc .They have rights and a right to a private life .We need to bring in laws to stop the constant hounding and jail anyone who stalks them when they are having private time .The only time the press should be allowed is during royal tours visits etc but should not be allowed when they are having private time holidays etc .There should be severe sentences handed down to anyone trying to disrupt their personnal time .

@revenant They didnt decide , they were born into it .It doesnt matter who you are you are entitled to a private life and a right not to be hounded by the press etc .Put yourself in their shoes , how long would you last cameras in your face 24/7 .I woudnt last long before I would be grabbing for a gun and taking potshots at them .

@Rhodesianman comes with the job otherwise they become authoritarians and besides those who really enjoy their privacy always find it in some way

@revenant No they dont because you always get some idiot with a camera nowadays thanks to mobile phones taking snaps even when their trying to have private time .How many times have pics of celebs on holidays popped up in the media on beaches etc .People seem to think because your rich or celeb or royal your not entitled to a private life which is very wrong .
