It has been confirmed. On October 26-27 2019 the US Armed Forces killed ISIS leader named
Abu Bakr. Donald Trump gave a very arrogant, and self anointed announcement on this on yesterday.

Kind of hard to not give him credit since he made the order. But some people who simply hate him always find some aspect related to him to complain about.
