I'd say - yes it's a problem.
One problem is that those who have the privilege don't spot that they do. They aren't female and have to suffer the sexual harassment that many do. They aren't of colour and find that they see doors shut in their faces that are open to the white privileged. The BBC recently did a documentary following black graduates leaving the best universities. They consistently failed to get interviews or the jobs that their white counterparts did.
BTW - just cos white privilege is a problem doesn't mean that class privilege within white society still isn't what I'd is a [b]huge[/b] problem. In the UK the most discriminated against minority are working class and there is no legislation about class discrimination.
