Americans, how does it feel to be number one?

If it doesn't feel good in this case please vote for Bernie Sanders in the Democratic Primary, the only candidate who will do everything in his power to make sure you get Medicare For All and don't have to worry about going bankrupt if you or a family member suffers a health crisis.

If you are not sure if your disposable income will go up or down under Bernie's plans you can check with this link:

@MarmeeMarch the source is listed here, I couldn't fit it in the original screenshot,
I'm sure you can find sources at their website if you don't trust them

@Saxo2000 I usually like the .gov sources the best because right or wrong - you cant argue with them.
And BTW as an American I am proud of the fact that we are number one in -
1) the olympics
2)space race
3)teaching 3r world countries how to feed themselves
4)home to basically every modern appliance or device you use today
5)have the finest universities in the world

Shall I go on ? - ok

6) have the most reliable medical facilities in the world
7) defend the nations that are unable to tie their own shoelaces
8 )feed starving nations
9) provide medicines to underdeveloped nations
10) quality of life -
11) the entertainment sector
12)able to house immigrants from all over the globe and somehow make it work (most of the time)
