Is it enough to say "it's a victory" for it to be a victory in reality?
Is it reasonable for us to expect a real victory to be universally recognizable?

Clearly he was losing.
Cant have that. Anything that came of that meeting would have been declared a win. It had to. And, of course, his cult will parrot him.
